CEO & FOUNDER

AlyJo is a visionary with a passion for setting beautiful spaces & experiences for others to enjoy. She is wife to her thoughtful husband, Tyler. She is experienced in outdoor-living design, construction, project management, fine-art, graphic design and communications. She enjoys slow-food experiences, quality time with community and anything outdoors. She appreciates truthful and optimistic encouragement within team environments.

The Chism’s

When the Chism’s have free time, you will find them hosting people, creating, cooking or spending time outside. They both have a love for adventure and desire to live life with purpose and deep thoughtfulness of others.

Intentional and beautiful spaces are important to their family. AlyJo is the visionary and Tyler is the executer. Both share the gift of tenacity, completing things they start. They quickly learned the hard work and discipline it takes to bring a vision to life. A completed visionary project of a space brings joy and satisfaction.

The Chism’s had their first baby boy, Baker Bo, in the Winter of 2024. We call him “bug” and he brings so much joy to our home. They pray that he will be a thoughtful man who generously gives away his gifts and anything he makes to the people around him. Their first “child” was their wooly husky, Maple. She has many nicknames and their favorites are “meatball” and “fluffy butt”. They bring her everywhere they can.

Tyler and AlyJo love their families and community. They spend most of their time with these people and deeply desire for everyone around them to thrive. They love a good food experience, Lake Tahoe, the Texas A&M Aggies, coffee, the Dallas Mavs, a
